1. Moisten the brush head and apply toothpaste. 2. Select the desired brushing mode according to your needs (e.g. daily cleaning, whitening, sensitive). 3. Place the brush head at an angle of 45 degrees, pointing at the gum line. 4. Turn on the brush and gently guide it along your teeth and gums, allowing microvibrations and oscillations to clean your teeth. 5. Pay attention to the pressure sensor, adjusting the pressure as needed to maintain optimal cleaning pressure and avoid excessive pressure. 6. Brush for the recommended duration of 2 minutes, with the brush that automatically stops every 30 seconds to indicate it's time to move to the next quadrant of your mouth. 7.
